Comprehensive Guide to Company Legal Policies, Rules, and Regulations

ADA Compliance

Our company affirms its compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) by stating, "We are ADA compliant". ADA compliance is short for the Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design. That means all electronic information and technology — including but not limited to your website, videos, Giphy, animations and social graphics — must be accessible to those with disabilities.

Privacy Policy: Safeguarding Your Information

"Privacy Policy: Safeguarding Your Information" sets out the principles and practices by which we protect and handle your personal information. It outlines how we collect, use, store, and secure your data to ensure your privacy and confidentiality are maintained. Our commitment to safeguarding your information is paramount, and this policy serves as a guide to demonstrate our dedication to protecting your data and upholding your trust in us.

Comprehensive Insurance Coverage

At SPB Event Services, the safety, security, and peace of mind of our clients, venue owners, vendors, and stakeholders remain a top priority in all aspects of our operations. To ensure full transparency and protection, we maintain an extensive and fully compliant insurance portfolio that covers all facets of our services and staff responsibilities.

Embracing Diversity and Equality at Our Company

We believe in fostering a workplace environment where all individuals are treated equally, regardless of their race, color, or national origin. This means that we prohibit any form of exclusion, denial , or discrimination in our programs, services, activities or workplace environment.

Ensuring Protection: Workers' Comp Coverage for 1099 Contractors

While state laws may not mandate employers to offer workers' compensation insurance for 1099 contractors, we go above and beyond by providing this coverage as a safety net. In the event that a 1099 worker's coverage is inadequate or fails, our comprehensive workers' comp insurance steps in to ensure that all contractors we engage with are properly protected. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities, and we are committed to safeguarding all individuals who contribute to our operations.

Event Payment Policy and Deposit Requirements

A deposit is required for all events, regardless of size, to secure your reservation. Final payment terms will be outlined in the Event Contract Agreement provided for your review and signature. The event must be paid in full prior to the event date. Services will not be rendered without full payment. Repeat clients with a positive payment history may be eligible for extended terms, subject to approval by the Director of Events or Owner.

Event Tasting and Feedback Procedure

Tastings are offered at a revised rate for all events. Should you desire to sample the culinary offerings as well as signature cocktails from your designated event menu, such provision can be made available. A designated representative will be dispatched to your premises to facilitate the delivery of the items and compile a detailed report on your preferences and feedback. All pertinent information will be documented, and your explicit approval will be required.
